Mark Larsen assists business owners and entrepreneurs with a variety of
problems facing them today. Mark focuses on the alignment between an
organization’s business strategies and its human capital strategies. He helps his
clients bridge the gap between business, law and technology and acts as a Profit
Catalyst for the owners of those companies. His experience encompasses the
gamut of executive leadership roles in law, risk management, marketing, sales,
operations and technology. Mark’s background also includes extensive work in
litigation management, alternative dispute resolution, and strategic planning.

Mark brings over 20 years of management experience working for both early-stage
and Fortune 1000 companies. Corporate experience includes working for such
companies as AIG, Zurich Financial Services, Watson Wyatt, Clark Consulting,
Mullin Consulting and TEC, International. As an entrepreneur, he started and ran
three companies. Initially, Mark began his career as a Private Investigator. He has
worked for companies in the following industries: Insurance, Management
Consulting, Technology, eCommerce, and Finance.

This diverse background of industries and companies, combined with intensive
experience as Senior Managing Consultant, General Counsel and CEO, have
prepared Mark to bring wisdom and insight to many business issues.

In addition to completing executive education courses at Northwestern University’s
J. L. Kellogg Graduate School of Business, Mark has received a B.S. in Risk
Management from Southern Illinois University, an M.B.A. in finance and marketing
from Dominican University, and a J.D. from The John Marshall Law School. Mark
has been licensed to practice law in Illinois since 1992 and has taught Business
Law and Ethics at Dominican University’s Graduate School of Business. He
currently teaches at The University of Phoenix’s Chicago Campus. Mark is a
certified Mediator, Arbitrator and Facilitator. He is active on the Board of Directors
for two private organizations. He is also an accomplished martial artist and enjoys
an interest in golf.
